- Click on the name of the site in the list, then the "Create ad unit" button.
- Enter a name and choose "Adaptive" as the ad unit type.

- Specify the desired settings for the unit to meet your requirements.
- Customize the appearance of the block using the settings in the interface.
- Click the "Save" button.
