Registration of new publisher accounts in myTarget is not available.
To become a partner of the VK Ad Network, you need to create a new account. It is convenient to create and monetize ad units on websites and in apps conveniently and effectively.

In order to sign up for the VK Ad Network:
1.Open the page https://ads.vk.com/hq/partner
2.Click "Go to account".
