Solving authorisation problems


Starting from 3 June 2024, authorisation via my.com is no longer available.

If you have previously connected authorisation via VK ID, use this method to log in.

If you have not connected additional ways to sign in:

  1. Create a new myTarget account.
  • When registering, select the account type - Advertiser or Agency.
  • Select authorisation via Mail.Ru mail or VK ID.
  1. Send logins from the new and old account to your personal manager or to the support team at adnetwork@vk.company.
